Booking Confirmation

We request you to confirm your reservation by making 100% advance payment of the stay duration against Bank transfer/ cash deposit. Kindly check the availability with us before making any advance payment.

GENERAL POLICY

  • We discourage guests from playing loud music, to prevent inconvenience to the other guests
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Room heater charges are extra ( if availed )
  • Fire wood costs are extra, in case the Guests use fire wood for bonefire etc.
  • All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance. The booking is not confirmed till we send you booking confirmation.
  • A valid photo ID must be presented upon check-in. Identification proof accepted is Passport, Drivers License or Voters Registration Card.

CANCELLATION & RETENTION CHARGE POLICY

  • Cancellations are not accepted over the phone. All cancellations must be made in writing.
  • In case request for cancellation of reservation is received before 30 clear days or more in advance before the scheduled date of check in, 80% of the advance taken will be refunded.
  • If the request for cancellation of reservation is received between 15 to 29 days, 50% of advance taken will be refunded.
  • No refund will be given, if the cancellation intimation is received less than 15 days before the date of arrival.
  • Reducing the length of stay on arrival will attract retention/ penalty charges for full length stay.
  • Cancellation upon Arrival/ No-show/ Early Departure/ Change of Dates/ Partial Cancellation will be treated as Cancellation. No refund will be given,100% retention will be chargeable.
  • All disputes subject to Kullu Jurisdiction.
