Nestled in the Mid- Himalayan ranges of Pir-Panjal and Dhauladhar, just half way between Kullu and Manali on the left bank of the river Beas is a tiny hamlet known as Naggar. The idea was not to build another resort but to do something different, something that would make everyone feel right at home comforted, secured and content.

Believing in him, family, friends and drawing imagination from Himalaya, serene environs & doing something different in hospitality industry he decided to construct cottages in the vicinity of his house so that he could share the ambience of nature besides giving the guests a homely atmosphere and thus serving them with local delicacies, a feel of local culture, custom and heritage of the area through a tiny hamlet known as Naggar in Kullu valley. Mother Nature’s rhythmic song of whistling air among the apple orchards & deodar trees and tops. It was this feeling that charmed Chandan to name his cottages as ‘Treetops cottage’.
